Figured this would be interesting to see, since there's a few Metal Gear fans here. This is only counting the main series. My personal least favourite (not counting the MSX games since I never finished them) is MGS4. It's not bad, but I have a few significant problems with both the story and the gameplay. I also prefer most of the other games in other areas, like the music.
