Free alternatives to FRAPS?

I want basically a free alternative to FRAPs. I made the linked video in fraps. The video quality is shit, and I can only record for 30 seconds without having to purchase the full version. Is there any free alternative?

There is one way you can get fraps for free..... I could give you a copy of mine since I paid for it. If I'm nice enough to that is.... <_<
