Every year on 7/7 for the past 4 or 5 years, I host a local Bungie Day party where all my friends from around town come over and we play Halo, Marathon, some Myth for the two people who bring their laptops and now we were all gonna see who could beat Pathways first in a speed run when we all brought our macs. Though considering we all left for college last fall, we're all in different corners of the country and some without access to Xbox Live and some too busy with work to be able to make the party.
Ironically enough, Sunday I have to leave home around 4 to go to a teaching job for 3 weeks in Miami so I'm just barely able to make this Bungie Day.
Anyhow, needless to say, we couldn't coordinate a party this year and I'm quite sad due to that. But I know I always have my Bnet brethren to count on when Bungie day looms on the horizon.
So I mustache you guys if there'd be any interest in coordinating a nice big Bungie Day game fest on Marathon (Xbox, PC and Mac), Halo and Myth. Considering Marathon never really has any players online all that often, coordinated events are usually the only times Marathon players can all be on at once, be it on any platform. As far as Halo goes, I don't really like playing with quiet ransoms or annoying randoms, which is what I seem to find lately on Halo 3 and Halo Reach.
So would anyone be up for hosting games on any of these games? Or, if there's already a pretty large-sized organized party, could someone point me in their direction?
But yeah, just wondering if you'd all be up for any of this.
For those without Marathon, I can provide you all the links to download it 100% for free (with easy setup) on your Mac or PC. On Xbox, Durandal is about $10, maybe less if there's a price drop I haven't seen. Myth isn't free sadly so only those with the game can hop in and play. As far as Halo goes, I'm pretty sure most of us have the game so I can set something up in 3 and Reach for us all.
So go ahead and either post your info or you can add "ADAM Addict13" on Xbox Live or message me on here with your gamer tag or MariusNet name. Whichever is easier. Be sure to add what games you're up for playing and what time you're contactable and I'll get back to you. Also if you post your stuff on here, expect to get invites from other community members. Hoping to get us all in a group so we know who we're playing with.

I'm pretty sure it's not far off from the Windows instructions.
