I got my 360 elite in 2007 and it only failed the day Mass Effect 2 came out (Crashed during gameplay) and due to the error being an E74 error I had it fixed for free and no problems since.
So in all I have had the 1st 360 I ever owned.

Edited by Milk: 7/4/2013 9:44:33 PMHad my first gen 360 from launch till 2011. Fixed it for 30 and sold it for 140. My only Xbox that ever had to be replaced.

just one. My 2007 Halo 3 edition died in 1 year. I think the video card or whatever got fried .... I played a lot of Halo 3 though so it got used quite a bit for that year lol Luckily I had a warranty on it and the 360 Elites were on sale so I got a full refund at best buy and was able to get the new Jasper chip elite for $100 less which was cool. That one is still going strong.

I'm technically on my fourth. But #3 (an original) is still running fine. I bought an S on Boxing Day so I wouldn't have to deal with an RROD since my original RROD warranty was up. 2 RRODs total. #1 overheated during a long ass game in Tiberium Wars. #2 blew up when playing COD4.

I have only had 2 360's. My first one RROD but that was my fault I put it in a very bad place with barley any ventilation. My current one is going strong, I've made sure to keep it in a vented area and download every game I play so the system generates less heat.

My second, the first overheated, the second i'm still using now.
-
I'm on my fourth because I bought one off of ebay and they accidentally sent me two more. Those lasted me from August of '09 to May 14th, 2010 during the Reach beta. I got an Elite after that.
-
I'm on #5 right now- after 4 RRODs. This one has lasted me since 2008, though it seems to be on its last legs.
-
The one I still have. No problems whatsoever. First 360 I bought
-
Had it since 2010, still yet to break.
-
I've bought 2. But I got the e-74 error code 3 times.
-
I've been RROD 3 times, so I'm on my 4th console. Just hope it doesn't happen again, since the warranty is up now

Xbox 360 (red ringed). Xbox 360 Arcade (gave that to my girlfriend), Xbox 360 Elite Halo: Reach Edition (current Xbox).
