Nintendo doesn't want EVO to stream Smash Bros.

Link for source. So Nintendo doesn't want a cancer research charity to stream their Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament. I find this somewhat ridiculous, what do you think?

  • Eh, to be honest, when I think Evo, Smash Bros. Melee doesn't exactly jump out on front as the game I want to see. As a basis, however, it's kinda ridiculous Nintendo is putting this type of restriction on an older game, especially for a good cause. A bit off-topic but I am, however, looking forward to see how KOFXIII turns out though. Last years was amazing.

    • It's always funny seeing people condemn companies for things like this. SSB is their property, and they have a right to dictate when it can be used commercially. No, they shouldn't just let it happen because they need good PR.
