Returning to places you have already been to.
I want to be able to return to places I have already been to in Destiny, and find new things like loot boss fights or public events.. Do you think this should be a thing, if so how should it be done?

Bungie are on record, many times, as saying that this is something they wish to encourage in Destiny. It was an aspect of their earlier games that they felt was lacking.
