I'm not talking about the biggest plot holes, because we all know Batman Begins claims that title, but the stupidest. The most random, unnecessary plot holes that could easily have been fixed but still presents a major logical flaw in the story.
So far, Godzilla 1998 has got to take the award from me.
Beast emerges from South Pacific (cleared up by Im SteelAssassin) and swims to America (... just to lay eggs? You'd think Japan would be a better place...).
Beast shows up at Manhattan.
So somehow it swam in from the east to Manhattan in the west. Interesting.
