Star Wars. Not even close.
They have numerous planet killing devices, sentient planets, celestials and other god-like beings, Force users capable of destroying all life in the universe, zombies,and generally better weapons and shielding than everything in the Halo universe.
Also, they have droids, who would be impervious to the Halo rings.
