People always overlook the fact that Halo AI are some of the most advanced AI in the SciFi universe.
One Unsc smart Ai could cripple half a fleet if put into the right system.
Also if things go bad, Just shield world and set of the halo's emerge victorious. Mop up the droids.

Um no an average imperial AI would block out a UNSC AI such as Cortana
