I see the Precursors being owned by the Jedi.
Think about it, all of their power is based on something called Neural Physics. Which implies some sort of space magic. Can you think of better people at manipulating space magic than Force Users? (both Jedi and Sith)
Then we come to the Imperial Fleet. The Imperial Navy, also known as the Imperial Starfleet, Imperial Fleet, Imperial Battlefleet, Imperial Space Navy, or Imperial Space Service, was the naval branch of the Imperial Military of the Galactic Empire. At its peak, it fielded millions of warships, logistics vessels and fighters, maintaining Imperial control throughout the galaxy.
Millions of ships. MILLIONS.
M I L L I O N S
Think about that.
The Covenant fleet at the peak of power numbered in the thousands. Read First Strike, The Unyielding Heirophant had about 2,000 ships guarding it. That represented about 25% of the Covie fleet.
How many did the UNSC have? Now the Forerunner? We'd probably see about 100,000 combat effective vessels. The Empire STILL has a 10 to 1 ratio.
We haven't even got to Super Weapons yet.
Yeah, Star Wars wins this easily.

You're severely underestimating the Ecumene. THeit total planetary assets included millions of habitable worlds and artificial stations, billions of warships (during one of their final assaults a single Forerunner commander yielded 700,000 warships) including countless scores of massive Fortress-class vessels. Their larger vessels are the size of small moons, and their largest constructs range from Jovian sized structures to solid spheres the width of Earth's orbit.

Edited by Ktan_Dantaktee: 7/15/2014 2:35:01 PMThe Forerunners built planet busting ships in minutes, and could make Halo rings in a matter of weeks. Their fleets were in the high millions as well. And if we're going to do space combat, let's not forget the Onyx-Class Sentinels. Just 40 of these could annihilate a Covenant CCS Battle Cruiser; imagine what millions of them could do to an Imperial fleet. And on the Precursors:
The Precursors based their existence around the philosophical concepts of the Mantle, Living Time and a meta-technological mechanism known as neural physics, which enabled them to manipulate the fabric of the universe. According to the philosophical aspect of neural physics, the universe itself was a living entity, though vastly different in nature and scale from organic beings.
They don't use space magic, they bend and rewrite the very fabric of the universe. Their constructs are nigh-indestructible, even to Force users.

If we are talking about quantity... *cough* Warrior servants *cough*
-
Um no. Neural physics can only be destroyed by neural physics. Jedis do not have neural physics.
-
And then the Halos can be activated and Star Wars can go bye bye!
-
Well the precursors created forerunners and humans then sped up the forerunners growth to the technological level their at now. So the precursor could do that all day long and have thousands of species that all have the technological level of forerunners fighting for them.
-
lol Precursors are may older than the Halo Universe and have lived thousands upon thousands of lifetimes. No Jedi or Sith can comprehend the true nature of the Precursor race, they could not even begin to understand their technology which left the Forerunners, the most advanced species in the galaxy before the Halo Array fired, speechless. The Halo universe stomps thanks to the Forerunners and Precursors. Hell, the Forerunners led by Medicant Bias and the Didact alone could stomp the Galactic Empire.

The forerunner had billions....
-
Flood alone could solo that fleet.
-
Flood couldn't handle blasters and lightsabers they would tear them to shreds
-
Assuming everyone has light sabers and blasters on them. And also assuming the Flood doesn't infect someone who uses either.
-
And that's only the Imperial fleet.
-
not counting the republic fleet the cis fleet the new republic fleet. The yuzhan vong which was greater or even worse than the flood the sith fleet the old republic fleet and lets not forget the neo mandolorian crusaders. Starwars wins
-
I don't see how the yuuzhan vong were even comparable to the flood?
-
The way they corrupted every planet they conquered. Enslaved/infected other races with their slave cells (much like flood infection spores), and were an extra galactic threat they were unprepared to deal with.
-
Star Wars has a superweapon that can build an infinite amount of military equipment, like droids and ships.
-
So you played kotor too?
-
Droids would be useless. Keep building them. The Flood will take over each and every AI/Droid it comes into contact with.
-
And the precursors have an infinite amount of resources/soldiers as their empire spanned the whole universe.
