Hunter Killer droid would slaughter even a Spartan II or III. Darth Maul trained against advanced HK droids before he went on the mission to wipe out an entire organization single handedly.
Unless you think a spartan can take down a Sith Warrior who once bested a Jedi Knight and Master at the same time.
