The Didact vs Darth Vader
Battle is on Coruscant. Didact has 5 Promethean Knights and full tech, whereas Vader gets Boba Fett and 4 Clone Commandos with full tech also.

Ok ok. Yell at me, but I'm gonna have to say Darth Vader because he's way more powerful than people give him credit for. And Boba Fett's skills and knowledge would defer the knights easily. Feel free to comment how I'm wrong...it usually happens.

Darth Vader. Boba Fett would decimate anyone, the Clone Commando's are nearly on the same level as him as well. They're trained to fight all sorts of shit.
