I hate to say this, but this is the internet. Nobody knows who you are really. There's no face chat on this here site. People who put pictures of themselves, at least that's what they claim to be, are asking for either a.) compliments or b.) to be offended. It's the person's fault for posting the pics, knowing that the reactions are going to be both good and bad.
