At this point you've probably muted me, but oh well I'm going to bump what I said earlier.
You're assuming these people who make these comments wouldn't do it in real life. Thing is they would, but the consequenes of these actions are what's stopping them. They won't go up to a girl and just go "3/10" in fear of the retaliation what will come of that.
But that's why they do it on here. Because there are no consequences, because we're all anonymous. Without the power of deterrence people do some wacky shit. Hell, alot of people are only alive because it's illegal to kill them.

However yes, most people don't go up to someone in public and say such comments because of the consequences that follow. How many friends do you think a person would have by doing these sorts of things? Not many. So why can't we have such consequences online? Why can't we stand up for the person they're bulling and say "Hey! You're being a jerk!". It may not seem like they'll care as much because of the anonymity, but I can ensure you, people that are insecure enough to insult others to make them feel good, WILL care.

You haven't muted me? That's a SLIGHT surprise given my bored comments I made in the earlier parts of the thread xD Why can't we have that though? I'd say we can (Because you did have the people in the "hottest girl" thread calling them creepy) but the problem is, there's also the large population who are the type of person just to go "meh 5/10" on here, so the "utopia" you're thinking about is almost an impossibilty because of the type of people on here. There's too many of those types of assholes on here for them to be called out by the majority.
