You don't know that. It changes you as a person; working out with serious intent requires a complete overhaul of your determination, pysche and willpower. When girls get with me because of my body, I don't see that as independent to myself. The body I've worked for is now an intrinsic part of my being, a girl wanting my body is now the same as a girl wanting me for my personality in my eyes.
