I agree, but girls here in the states also care about how well you play football, and strength is a major factor in being good at the game. It's all about what you want for a return. My body fat percentage is higher than I would like it, but it's all in the lifts and diet I need to get ready for the season.
Anyway, all exercise is good exercise as long as you maintain your exertion within your ability.

Yup. I do football, I play lineman. I can't bodybuild or else I would lose the fat that's protecting my muscles. Body building does reduce amount of fat, right?
