Indeed, however, protein supplements are one thing I consider of no naturalism, no matter what others say.

Chicken, fish, red meats, nuts, beans. Learn to balance foods. They have protein supplements there too. That may or may not be organic lol.

Dead Srs. 1) Milk is heated up and pasteurized 2) The curds are removed to make cottage cheese. 3) What is left over is whey protein. It's then filtered for impurities and dried into a powder, and then ready to be packaged. It's extracted at the same step as cottage cheese, but I assume you have nothing against cottage cheese right?

Except protein powders have a ton of added preservatives and a f.uckload of maltodextrin. WHEY is extracted at the same process of CC but the things that happen afterward to make it into the chocoaltey tub of grossness are best left unsaid.

Excessive use of them in that manner is not, however, natural. Nonetheless, adult humans are not as well suited for processing milk in the same manner as their offspring. Natural= unprocessed or extracted
