Then I'd be careful if I were you. I'm sure you say so in jest but some people aren't amused by that kind of "humor."
When people say something that is purposefully ignorant, then by all means say what you want. But when somebody expresses an opinion that you do not agree with you must understand that they feel the very same way about you. Every opinion has merit, and none should be ridiculed or belittled just because there's an opposing side.
