What he's saying is that the more novelty kiddie elements thrown in to a game about post apocalyptic future war, the more it will be for kids. Does post apocalyptic future war sound like the right place to wear cat ears? If you were on a modern day battlefield and you saw your fellow soldier wearing cat ears, wouldn't it seem out of place?
