But you can blame cannabis because cannabis is what is doing it. Just because the issue is lack of responsibility that doesn't absolve cannabis of all the blame. Regardless of whether they would abuse something else in place of cannabis is irrelevant when it is cannabis doing it to these specific people. How can you claim cannabis isn't a factor when it's the substance they're abusing? I'll try to simplify this as much as I possibly can, hopefully you will finally understand. I am not saying cannabis is causing or forcing these people lazy. What I am saying is these people are abusing cannabis and ruining their lives as a result.
