I think in the system we live in today, certain fiscal conservative ideologies such as a balanced budget.
Anyway, all forms of social anarchism inevitably lead to communism. True communism is anarchic, but the difference is that 'mainstream' communists are Marxians and believe in a centralised proletariat state during the era of pre-communist socialism. Anarcho-communists don't believe in this state and think communism should be established as soon as both capitalism and the state fall. Anarcho-syndicalists and anarcho-collectivists believe in a sort of moneyless, decentralised socialism after the state and capitalism fall as a sort of buffer. But these ideologies ultimaely advocate communism as the end goal.
Hope that helps.
