I think it should be legalized for sale without restrictions, but socially I think it's important for people to reassess the reason for using it. It shouldn't be something for people to do just to party or have fun, people should take the experience and try to learn something from it and explore themselves. I know it sounds like typical hippie bullshit to someone who hasn't taken the time to approach it this way, but I believe that it can be nothing but constructive if you approach it the right way. however if you do it to party or whatever, there may be negative... consequences.
