All hard drugs should be illegal, however the punishment for doing drugs should be rehab, not prison.

I don't really care either way.

Edited by die wily: 7/27/2013 12:49:03 AMNo, drug use should not be criminalized. Hard drug users need hospitals, not prisons. People who commit crimes on hard drugs should obviously still be convicted.

Depends on the drug. I think only soft drugs should be legal, such as marijuana. Something bad as an example would be crystal meth. It isn't something where people say "it's poison for the human mind." Crystal meth actually is poison that is incredibly harmful. In a recent Vancouver study, they anonymously asked drug users to bring in their drugs to be tested. About eighty percent of the hard drugs weren't the actual drug, or had been diluted with other products, most of which were harmful. You can't get a reliable product, and when you do, it is possibly deadly due to body chemistry.

Yes. Prohibition is an expensive waste that doesn't stop people, imprisons innocent people and only makes drugs more potent and available to children.
