Decipher it, PM it to me, and whoever does this first will be rewarded with glorious loot. As time progresses, I will give you hints to help you along the way. The message is coherent, you'll know what it is when you get it. Saving the image will help you. I'm planning on doing this as long as I can keep the content flowing.
