I know, most of the reason I recovered is because I went to a chiropractor four times a week and he helped realign everything. I was pretty lucky that I didn't end up like Johnny Knox. In case you don't know, Knox was a WR for the Chicago Bears and two years ago, he got completely leveled in a game against the Lions; his back almost folded in half. He broke his spine and his career was over. Fortunately, he made a full recovery, but he won't return to the same shape he was when he was playing.
