Managed to completely tear my hip flexor. Took a year and a half to get back to normal walking, and I still have to limp after some activities

Originally an injury from martial arts (Kuk Sool Won) and then I completely killed it during high school soccer tryouts. Don't really remember how I managed it, but it was not fun

Eeg, were you in the middle of playing when your leg exploded with pain or something? :D

Nah, it was some agility drill. I basically planted, turned and collapsed. Needless to say, I didn't play soccer.

True. Oddly enough, I started playing tennis, and you'd think that would make it worse. In reality it really helps
