Here in the UK you used to get these big glass bottles, about 70cm high.
Anyways, when I was little (about 2 or 3) my parents had one that they filled with bits of spare change and it had just been emptied for a count up. My father was at work and my mother was in the kitchen whilst I was in the living room with my sister. I attempted to lift it for whatever reason (I don't really remember much of it) and ended up dropping it and shattering the glass. However the base of the bottle hadn't shattered, it had detached from the rest of the bottle and rolled straight over my foot cutting into it. The only thing I can really remember about my spell in hospital was my dad arriving from work as I was about to be x-rayed and giving me a big hug and a toy train. :D
The most serious reason I have been in hospital though was probably when I had meningitis that then developed into septicemia.

Is that the one where your brain grows until it pushes against your skull? AND EXPLODES? :D

Not to sure about it exploding ;) but it is an infection of the brain. That one was serious, I was at death doors and am lucky to have no after effects. Most people who survive have a lowered IQ or are blind, deaf, epileptic or have even lost limbs. I came out unscathed by it.

You fought your brian and you won! :D
