How many 343 employees does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Five. One to hire people that absolutely hate light bulbs to pitch their ideas for innovation. One to advertise how amazing their new light method is. One to completely demolish any trace of the previous light bulbs existence. One to talk about how they'll keep updating this apparently "perfect" new light method. One to go to the forums and ban people who realize the new light method is just a lit match.
