Halo 4: Modders save the day
Descoping is doable in Halo 4. Yes its a modder whos managed to do it rather than 343, but damn.... if I could get descoping back in Halo 4 I might consider giving it another go.
Flinch just sucks balls.

343 could have always done it. They just won't. They'd rather watch the series crumble piece by piece.
