So I finally finished my own playthrough of Metal Gear 2 (had previously watched parts of it on youtube), and I gotta say, I'd really love to see the game remade into a fully fledged modern game. While I don't think everything should be remade exactly, since a number of puzzles were confusing as **** and there was a ton of backtracking, the story, characters, and bosses were all ripe for a modern remake. And honestly, MGSV would lead right into it. MGSV deals with child soldiers and war orphans, which is a part of MG2's story - about how Big Boss took in and gave a home to those who were left orphaned by various regional conflicts. Seriously, David Hayter and Keifer Sutherland together would just be amazing. The climax of the game could just be beyond epic if done right.
