Fast Food
How often do you eat fast food?
This includes restaurants such as McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, KFC, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, etc.

Once a week to once or twice a month, when I do get fast food I usually just pick up a Blizzard from Dairy Queen, or a Mcflurry from McDonalds, and also a possible Frosty from Wendy's, otherwise maybe one hamburger or something a month.
