Computer Problems! (Blue Screen)

My computer boots up and soon as it gets to the "Windows is Starting" it freezes, goes blue screen for a second, then reboots. It then sends me to recovery, but it really does not do much. I really don't know what I'm doing and I don't want to lose my files.... Important Facts: It's an HP laptop (G62) Windows 7 (I don't want to hear that Mac or Linux is better then windows)
Do's and don'ts are welcomed...
• If you can't even boot it in safe mode, you're going to have to reinstall Windows, a fresh clean install that is. You may have the boot sector virus which destroys the core files that are needed to boot Windows up. I know this because I had the same exact problem is you.
