Has anyone here been to counselling?
I ask because I've been referred to one to help deal with my depression. I'm just wondering if anyone here has experienced it and if it helped and what not. I need to wait for a call to see where it'll be at and so on but I have mixed feelings. I feel nervous but also like it could really help. So yeah

Edited by Cart of Onions: 8/8/2013 3:14:14 PMI had one once, it wasn't bad at all. Although I don't remember much, I was 5 or 6 at the time. Don't be afraid if they offer medication, it's normal, I think.
