This is a hard one because there have been some many good songs in gaming history. From Dovahkiin of Skryim, to the Guile's theme in SF2 (and yes I know it goes with everything), but what theme is the best. I have to go with His World from Sonic the Hedgehog. Yes I know that Sonic the Hedgehog (or Sonic 2006) was a CRAPPY game, but so are most Sonic games, that's what they all have in common. They all also share one other quality, and that's amazing soundtracks. If only the amount of work that went with putting together a Sonic soundtrack also went into making the game, *sigh* one can only dream I guess.

Pokemon Red and Blue were amazing as well: Red/Blue Intro and Lavender Town 8bit nostalgia.
