OK, I had this question with my mother in law, who teaches Violence and Gender Studies. She was saying that there are women, who prefer to date transgendered women (women going to men) who have had the top surgery and the hormone treatments, but not the bottom surgery. In essence, they like to date guys with vaginas. Not that this is the weird part. Its that they are not considered lesbian. THAT'S the weird part. The reverse would be guys who like to date transgendered men, who've had breast implants and hormone therapy, but still have testicles and a penis. I guess its self identification, but it makes no sense to me.
