Most people posting here are wrong. Nintendo has no issue with dark, graphic, mature games. Unfortunately for them however, the Wii U doesn't have the online capabilities that the other consoles have. It also isn't build around shooters so it wouldn't play as well. It's ActiVision and Bungie's decision in the end. It's hard to develop for so many consoles.
