What is a good workout routine for someone starting out?

And what foods do I need eliminate in order to get stronger and better looking abs? You guys are all probably fat slobs but I'll take your advice anyway.

  • I did full body workout the first month. Also, there is no such thing as spot reduction, if you want more toned abs you need to bulk and cut. I might be full of shit so be careful with this advice
