Ok so for my history class we are doing a congress crap simulation in which the night before we have to make 2 bills. He will pick the best ones and we would then debate into the two different houses and start debating over them, and sign to "no" or "yes." I need your help to create a bill that would make my Fox News watching teacher speechless.
