There are two points on a graph making a segment, point one is (3,4) point two is (8,10). What it the distance of the line connecting the two? You may keep the answer as a square root unless it has a perfect square.

I have to say: no matter what number you come up with you would be chancing it. If you are looking for a distance you have to have a unit. You have not given a unit therefore the question is flawed. Just sayin'.
