What do you think?
Her fault? Did she go to the park with him planning on pushing him?
Will this turn into a big trial like the Zimmerman one?
Will the people be on her side because she is a woman?
You don't have to answer each question just give your thoughts.

You might say he fell for her in a bad way.
-
It is generally inadvisable to get into an argument near a cliff.
-
She didn't kill anyone.

Ya that's murder

It will blow up because women will say it shows inequality in the justice system. It was murder plain and simple.

I'm currently studying criminology. It's without a doubt second degree murder as the murder didn't have premeditation. How she didn't notice a large drop in front of her, is for the courts to decide. Have fun ma'am, The Goob.

honesty...the best policy

Self-defense. He assaulted her first by grabbing her by the arm.

It's murder. Plain and simple. I don't see why a trial like this would blow up.

She killed a man, she admitted to it. Clear and cut case. Though I've got a feeling you'll get your "feminists" (note the speech marks) saying she's empowering women.
