This guy has been hanging around my desk for the past couple of days and I wanted to know if he was poisonous or not.

Edited by Cobravert: 9/11/2013 8:43:15 PMLooks like a wolf. All spiders are poisonous, just not prone to attack you. They will run from you if you get too close. It's big enough that it's likely a female. Unless you want an eventual herd of them, I'd either dispose of it or catch it in something and set it outside.

Looks like it could be a matron. I'd put it outside, myself. But if you don't mind an army of bug-ridding spiderbros, let it be. :)
-
It depends. Do you want to risk it biting your balls?
-
Unless you're in Australia, it probably doesn't have to capacity to do too much damage to you.
-
spiderbros 4 lyfe.
-
If he's not poisonous, let him be. Spiderbros eat flies and keep your house clean.
-
I don't know the species but I do know what species are poisonous and this isn't one of them. Leave it alone, it'll help control the numbers of flies and other pests.
-
Don't kill him, he's ridding your house of bothersome buggies.
-
No idea, but my missus says you should definitely kill it.

Dude... Don't kill spiderbros. All they want to do is live like you and eat all the other bugs. Don't let spiderbros scare you.
