What kind of spider is this, and should I kill it? (UPDATE: Caught and released it.)
This guy has been hanging around my desk for the past couple of days and I wanted to know if he was poisonous or not.

Edited by Cobravert: 9/11/2013 8:43:15 PMLooks like a wolf. All spiders are poisonous, just not prone to attack you. They will run from you if you get too close. It's big enough that it's likely a female. Unless you want an eventual herd of them, I'd either dispose of it or catch it in something and set it outside.
