Destiny's Mele system
Think about how cool it would be to instead of hitting someone with your butt of your gun after a while you get better and eventually you go to smack someone you do some kind of kung foo kick and by clicking the melee several times you can preform some kind of kung foo multi strike kill. EH? EH?

I'm good with the knife melee system. I was hoping that the knives would be another loot drop with different effects and such but it hasn't really seemed like that is the case as of yet.

I'd rather stick with the knife-strike with excellent game feel than introduce clutter for the sake of fluff into the game.
