For guys, whenever you get the chance since guys don't really involve emotions with sex. However for girls they should do it when emotionally ready with someone that actually cares for them otherwise it'll be pretty uncomfortable.

Ofcourse but why not just have some fun while young. Leave the passionate & emotional sex for someone later in life.
