Aryan Brotherhood kidnaps Skylar and the kids when they learn walt is coming after them. When Walt confronts them, they kill Skylar. Holly and and Walt Jr are still alive and the Nazis/Aryan Brotherhood lock up Walt with them. Jesse is still alive, and he's in there as well. Essentially, the Aryan Brotherhood win and take off with all the cash. Walt dies from his cancer inside the cell, and Jesse, Walt JR and Holly are later found by police.
