Personally, I think they're worthless, but there have been a few times where I've been willing to risk it. I always think about how much I or the other person might be held back because of it, but I'd hate to see them with someone else.
What do you guys think? Is the experience worth it, or should highschoolers wait until they are independent?

I'd only get into a relationship for one reason: I actually LOVE her, not a stupid crush. To often are these important relationships shallow and narrow minded, more "flings" than real love. They will preach commitment all the while Doing nothing on it. They are founded on things like sex, looks, popularity, loneliness, desperation.... Which will almost always come crashing down. People just don't seem to care about [i]WHO[/i] their partner is. And "I love you" are 3 words that are said to much, but yet not nearly enough...
