Should passing a drug test be mandatory before receiving government benefits?
Why or why not?

I had been on Food Stamps, lived in adjusted income housing, and had free lunch in public schools my entire childhood. Now, my father was a pastor up until I turned 16. We were what would be considered "morally good people". Now, this is the case with most people I know who are, or were, on the same welfare programs as I was. Just everyday people trying to get by, we didn't deserve to be drug-tested and had we been, we would've been humiliated. That would signify you have no trust in "the poor" and consider them all drug-using deadweights.
