So I bought some cards off ebay and it turned out that some of them were fakes. Convincing fakes, but still. Anyway, this Kingdra was in there, but according to google it simply doesn't exist. There has apparently never been a dark type Kingdra. Definitely not a Kingdra that has green skin and clawed arms anyway. So, what is this? Is this image taken from another card, or what? Just a horribly made fake (like it was meant to be named something else) or was just a fan-made mock up? Apologies for bad quality of the actual image above.
