I'm not sure I did this right, but it looks like it's IVs are:
HP: 22
Atk: 31
Def: 0
SpA: 31
SpD: 12
SPD: 15
English

Cool. If you're still willing to trade, I'm down to take it off your hands. However, if you need a Jap Ditto for the express purpose of heightening your odds for a shiny Pokémon, I feel obligated to tell you that you don't need a Jap Ditto, but that [i]any[/i] foreign Ditto will do the trick. German, French, Spanish. It doesn't need to be Japanese.
