Mute does nothing and reporting takes time for any action to take place. Why are you not understanding that. You're not getting rid of anyone when you mute them. You are just pressing the big IGNORE button that you have. Muting doesn't stop the troll from trolling, just like ear plugs doesn't stop a person from talking. You just said it, they can make as many accounts as they want to. So what you are suggesting is NOT a solution at all.
